California enjoys mild weather year round so we rarely cancel tours due to weather. We have an indoor heated cabin to keep you dry during rain or cold. In the event that we do need to cancel, you will be allowed to reschedule or be provided a full refund.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your voyage, you will receive a full refund. We do not issue refunds for same day cancellations or no-shows. We hold your space and often turn away other passengers. We cannot offer refunds for special holiday tours (NYE, 4th of July, Fleet Week).

Wait at the Dock I gate on the left side of the Pier. Pier 39 security requires us to escort our passengers from the gate to our boat. We will come to the gate and board everyone 5 minutes prior to departure.
